Situated on Glendale Golf Course, this Mid-Century modern home was in need of a backyard remodel to complement the newly updated interior of the home.
Our landscape architect and design team helped the homeowners create a functional, pool-side landscape. The design included an expansion of the main entertaining patio, which was adjacent to a sloped portion of the backyard. Using our signature rock setting techniques, we were able to adjust the grade to create more usable space and improve the transition to the lower lawn and golf course access.
This project was completed during the late fall months so there was no missing the action around the pool and patio during the warmer months.
