Before Alderwood, this Puget Sound home had a small wooden deck succumbing to the elements, deck railing that obscured their gorgeous waterfront views, and outdated curb appeal.
Our Bellevue landscape architects were inspired by contemporary Cape Cod design concepts with an upscale Nantucket influence. The goal was to keep the landscape natural to the shoreline and able to withstand the harsh and windy weather conditions.
Construction was completed in 6 weeks and on budget. A new shoreline barrier, natural stone patio, custom stone fire pit, custom lighting, and native plants transformed the backyard into an outdoor living space. The front yard was updated with a new stone walkway and native plantings to keep the curb appeal timeless and beautiful for decades to come.
